In our clinic, AI tools may help transcribe consultation notes or support our doctors in documenting important details during your visit. Your doctor remains responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and the information recorded in your medical record. AI is used as a support tool and does not replace professional medical judgement. This helps ensure your medical records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
