We have made the decision to close our prescriptions email inbox as part of creating a more streamlined and consistent process for managing repeat prescription requests.

You can still request your repeat prescriptions through our website by completing the online prescription request form. These requests will continue to be processed within our usual prescription timeframes.

We understand this may be a change from the way you usually request your repeat medications. However, our website provides the same service while helping our team manage the high volume of repeat prescription requests we receive each day more efficiently.

We also encourage you to use Manage My Health, where your regular repeat medications will be available for you to select and request. These requests will also be processed within our normal timeframes.
